Wilde Lake Community Association is a private, non-profit service corporation created to serve the residents of the Village of Wilde Lake. Wilde Lake Community Association manages four facilities located in Wilde Lake which are wholly owned by Columbia Association.
Wilde Lake Community Association and Columbia Association are not Planned Unit Developments (PUDs). Wilde Lake Community Association does not own or manage any common areas.
Wilde Lake Community Association is not a property management company and does not assess any type of property dues or fees. Properties in Wilde Lake are subject to the Wilde Lake Village Covenants which include property maintenance and architectural standards.
Properties in Wilde Lake are subject to the Columbia Association’s annual charge. For information about the annual charge, contact the CA Assessments office at [email protected] or 410-715-3137.
Properties in townhouse or condominium developments may be subject to HOA dues in addition to the CA assessment. Contact the individual townhouse or condominium property management company for HOA information and questions.
