Kimco Realty has sent an initial submission to the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning for review by the Design Advisory Panel (DAP)for the redevelopment of the Village Center. This was reviewed by the DAP on October 27. For more information on this, please go to the County website: www.howardcountymd.gov.
Kimco has rescheduled a second pre-submission meeting for the community on February 24 at 7pm at Slayton House. Residents are encouraged to provide input too the Village Board as they work on drafting a Community Response Statement.

In response to this submission, the Village Board has sent a statement with accompanying documents.
